Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern all sales and transactions provided by Thermal Media Inc. By issuing a purchase order or entering into a sales agreement with Thermal Media Inc., the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

1. Limitation of Liability

Thermal Media Inc.’s total liability for any products sold shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total invoice value of the specific product sold. Thermal Media Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product.

2. Defective Products & Return Policy

In the event that a product is suspected to be defective, the following procedure must be followed:

  • Return Requirements: The customer is responsible for returning the suspected defective product to Thermal Media Inc. All shipping and handling costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Investigation: Thermal Media Inc. will conduct a thorough investigation of the returned product to verify the nature and cause of the defect.
  • Resolution: Thermal Media Inc. holds the exclusive right to determine the validity of a claim. Any compensation, including but not limited to replacement, repair, or credit, shall be provided at the sole discretion of Thermal Media Inc.

3. General Terms

These terms override any conflicting terms presented in a customer purchase order unless expressly agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Thermal Media Inc.
